he Storage Units are located at Far North Storage located at 2355 Richardson Highway Rules for bidding on storage units are: 1) Successful bidders must bring a paid invoice to the rental counter at Far North Storage at 2355 Richardson Highway with-in three business days of the close of the auction during normal business hours. 2) Successful bidders will be given 72 hours to remove all items from the unit once you have provided your receipt to an employee at Far North Storage / North Pole Gravel. The unit must be swept clean and free of debris. IF you fail to meet the deadline, Blue Moose will rent you the unit. 4) No items may be left behind or disposed of at the Far North Storage property, there is no use of the dumpsters allowed. 5) If you need more time to clear out the unit beyond the 3 day grace period, Far North Storage will rent you the unit. 6) Failure to abide by these terms will eliminate your ability to bid in future storage unit auctions. 7) Far North Storage and the auctioneer reserve the right to remove a lot from the sale at any time before the lot closes. If you wish to pay by cash you must contact Last Frontier Auction prior to the close of the auction. All successful bidders will have their credit cards on file charged within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidders following the close of the auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium and a 4% Credit Card Fee.
