The Storage Units are located at Independent Rental at 2020 South Cushman Street. Rules for bidding on storage units are: 1) Successful bidders must bring a paid invoice to the rental counter at Independent Rental at 2020 South Cushman Street within three business days of the close of the auction during normal business hours. 2) Successful bidders will be given 72 hours to remove all items from the unit once you have provided your receipt to an employee at Independent Rental. The unit must be swept clean and free of debris. IF you fail to meet the deadline, Independent Rental will rent you the unit. 4) No items may be left behind or disposed of at Independent Rental's property, there is no use of the dumpsters allowed. 5) If you need more time to clear out the unit beyond the 3 day grace period, Independent Rental will rent you the unit. 6) Failure to abide by these terms will eliminate your ability to bid in future storage unit auctions. 7) Independent Rental and or the auctioneer reserve the right to remove a lot from the sale at any time before the lot closes. If you wish to pay by cash you must contact Last Frontier Auction prior to the close of the auction. All successful bidders will have their credit cards on file charged within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidders following the close of the auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium and a 4% Credit Card Fee.
